Hi can anyone tell me if they know its possible for a expat to be grab employee in Vietnam , I would like to take this up as I am familiar with the amount of traffic and im used to the riding style of the motorcycles

I have never seen a foreigner as a grab driver. How will you communicate with your fares? Virtually every grab ride I've taken (a bunch) the driver has called me for more directions or where to find me. Fortunately my wife books all of my grabs or my business partner does if I'm leaving a factory and I'm not driving and they are both vietnamese.

Finally, a long motorbike grab one hour ride is right at 100,000VND. That's $4.00 US. Subtract the motorbike and wear and tear, fuel, the 30% that Grab gets and at best you are working for $2.00-$2.50 per hour. Are you willing to do that?
