Assistant for visit to Kagali

Greetings all,

This is my first post here Anywho, I'm a US traveler and expat who will hopefully be moving to Kagali later this year, and I have a short visit planned first in August.

I am seeking an assistant who can help me with a variety of tasks (whether it be a business or a helpful individual whom I would pay):

Driver
Someone to take me around
Help with networking
Translator (if needed)
Etc.

Does anyone have any ideas?
