Children's step stool

Seriously, if you can locate the local market for your area, you'll undoubtedly find that in addition to fruits and vegetables and meats for sale, there will be some stalls around the periphery and even some storefronts across the street. Just walk around the outside of the market.

The housewares business you are looking for usually has piles of plastic goods up front as well as dishes and other things. There will be likely be stacks of plastic stools and chairs there too.

If that fails, check out a Lottemart or Mega Market or Coop Market. All of them have sections where they carry a few of these types of items, though you will generally pay twice the price that the same item costs in the local market.

If all else fails, find a photo of what you want on the internet and show it to your landlord. Ask them to help you buy one (Google Translate)

OK, I've checked several markets and some housewares shops, but all I have found is stools and foldable stools, not the step stool that I'm seeking.  Here's a picture of what I am looking for:
