Do not know any banks here (other than BoB, but many time no) dealing with U$D.
My bank will not accept U$D. Have used cambio to exchange U$, but many are being closed for not paying taxes and reporting issues.
Sorry amigo

I am trying to draw on a USA account similiar to 24 Hour Cash Machine, I am trying Skip the 24 Hour ATM and withdraw from a Teller. I am wondering which bank has the exchange option for withdrawals/cash using Matercard....I am thinking "Santander" any other thoughts and being Brasil would a Account at Santander be required...this is a omgawd situation...lol

Does BOB authorize withdrawals using Mastercard Debit or Credit Cards...?

Oh, you can withdraw from US account via the US debit or credit card at a bank ATM or teller. Be sure to check on your US bank foreign transaction fees
I used the debit card prior to opening a bank account here.

As to MC, visa and some AMX and Diners cards, yes

I had no trouble with debit card withdrawals at BDB Atm's.

Same here, and at Bradesco machines, as well.  As long as one of the flags on the back of your card matches one of the flags on the machine, you're in business.  I doubt that it would work at the teller window, though.
