Present for one's host

Hallo Georgia forum members!

I'm a lucky guy who just fell in love with a Georgian woman living in Austria. She will visit her family and I will join her in Georgia and meet her family next week. I discussed with her the topic of the present for the host. We both agree that the most suited form of present would be money - presented in a proper and decent form of course!

==> My question is: what amount would be appropriate? Could you please advise me there?

The facts: I will stay there for exactly one week. The house on the coast of the Black Sea accommodates approximately a dozen persons - mainly women. I already got acquainted with the legendary hospitality of Georgian people. I know that the cost of living is almost as high as in Europe and that the income there is rather sporadic. It isn't sure so far, but let's assume that I can sleep in the house for the week.

Best regards from a rather rainy Vienna,
Michael

Update: I can sleep there. And I will go with 1k€. Feel free to hold me back or to encourage me...
