I'm moving to Brussels in the next days to the City Center (1000), Saint-Gilles or Ixelles (1050). So I would like to know which are the suppliers that give best prices (quality vs price) for electricity and gas in these 3 places.

it depends on your meter type, insulation, double glazing, and obviously your consumptions...
Depending on the monthly promotion, it would be lampiris, engie, octa+

You'll always have a better discount coming from known utilities comparator, than going straight to their website (as you've hidden promotion / partnership between them)
(Btw fixed energy price is ALWAYS cheaper than indexed one...)
