Hi all,
I have a valid employment VISA for Bahrain. The visa is valid upto september. The employer told me to wait for a month after that he will send tickets for me to Bahrain. Now in LMRA website the visa status is showing that 'Monthly fee not paid - Work permit subject to cancellation' . I informed this to my employer and didn't get any reply from them. So what i need to do now? Will the VISA be cancelled if they didn't pay the monthly fee?

Yes the visa will be cancelled if they don't pay the monthly fee by due date. And not just your visa but every visa / permit linked to the CR.

After that the visa can be renewed by paying some penalty or they should go for a new visa ?
