Hi can I use zain postpaid phone samsung s10e in the Philippines?

Same question and is the phone can use in Philippines?

If it's unlocked, it'll work anywhere.
If it's on a postpaid contract, you'd have to get it unlocked by Samsung but they may not unlock a phone still on contract.

How about if the phone is free from the plan?can i transfer my account to my husband temporarily so that the line will not be close the  because i will come back after 1 month for a new job thats why i need to go final exit now?
