Hello/Bonjour,

I've been in cairo since august, besides daily working and long distance commute (live in Maadi but work in smart village), really no time to put myself into social networking. Eager to know new friends hanging out, interested in sport, culture, cinema/art, etc..)

Is there any social gathering/event organized on a regular basis in Maadi for expats?

Are you suffering about the traffic, living in Maadi but working the other side of the city, Smart Village?

How long you spend in a car daily? (i'm just curious)

we're a malaysian chinese couple and we lived in alexandria, but we travel to cairo pretty often. we've met some very nice chinese friends in maadi, and perhaps we can meet some time. where are you from?
