Hi,
Last march my EP application is rejected, my company given appeal ,now 2 months over don't have any updates.so i try another company and selected. My question is can apply my new employer EP for me? My appeal make any problem for applying newEP?

First company needs to withdraw the appeal to enable new company to apply for EP under their company.
