Morning all,
Can someone shed some light on severance allowance?
It is something I have heard of in Vietnam, you receive 2weeks pay for every year you have worked with the company upon your contract expiry,

If they offer it wouldn't it be outlined in your contract?

Not necessarily.
According to Vietnamese Labor law, severance must be paid. But there is no mention of it in my contract.
Just looking to see if others had the same problem?

Hi, I know this is a late response. I just wondered if you got your severance pay? I'm in a similar situation. My company are refusing to pay.
