Hi, I am a dutch guy who is interested in starting a small hostel in central vietnam.
If i am correct I would need to have a vietnamese partner for some small percentage?
I do have somebody (vietnamese) who can help me with renting the land + house. (Which would need to be renovated)
Can anybody point out the exact steps I would have to take? The possibility of this project?
