I have cleared my Pharmacist VIVA in OMAN with my own expenses including VISA. My sponsor just paid fees for the exam. Still should I have to obtain NOC from my sponsor to work other organization. Kindly provide your valuable comments.

Yes you required NOC from your sponsor employer to board flight.
