I have just moved to Erlangen recently for work and currently looking for an apartment. Does anyone has any recommendations on the different websites to check?
Currently, I'm looking at these below, however, would love to know others as well,

I cannot see the links you posted above, because they aren't approved by the moderators yet, but I doubt that there are useful local sites for Erlangen.
Try Quoka, Ebay Kleinanzeigen, or (for commercial real estate agents) Immoscout24.
