Hi All

I am a newbie, and looking to have a fresh start abroad, looking for IT or customer service work.

Hi.

My best bet would be to try to find a job in IT, as it's currently in high demand and better paid than customer service. Linkedin would definitely be a good place to start looking for open positions. Bear in mind that for local companies, ability to speak Portuguese might be mandatory.
