Hi there, I'm looking at VP / SVP jobs in the main SG banks DBS, UOB and OCBC. Currently I am based in New Zealand so would appreciate any insights on the likelihood and challenges of successfully applying for a job with the local banks from overseas, and also what worklife is like as an expat working for one of the local banks. Is there any discrimination or is there equal opportunity? Many thanks.
