Hi, guys im holding MM2H dependent visa since 2012, i cant register my passport in AIRPORT E-GATE service to use Auto Gate system . E-gate counter officer told me my MM2H sticker is old version ask me to replace to new version sticker. How can i change my sticker? We lost contact our MM2H Agent who do submissions. Pls assist. thank you.

You can always go to another agent.
Another option is to write to motac via their website www.mm2h.gov.my to get information on how to do it yourself. It should be straightforward but will probably require a visit to immigration in Putrajaya with your spouse
You may need to get the original approval letter from the agent you used if you don't have it yourself. In any event you will need the letter in future to transfer or extend the mm2h visa
