G'Day from Riyadh ! MY concern is my employer is not paying me according to my contract even signed by Senior management and Owner. 5 months they did not pay me full salary. please let me know what should I do?

Your only option is labor court. But be prepared to wait for it to be resolved and for employer turning against you during this proceeding. My suggestion would be to first try and reason with them before taking this drastic step.

Thank you XTang.. I will try to resolve and can wait . This is 5th Month and i can wait till 6 months but I fear What If all my labor yield with no result?
