Anyone know of any nice new condos or apartment buildings in Cebu City? Close to IT Park?

Solinea is really nice. They just finished tower 2 not long ago. It's across from Ayala mall.
Tower 3 is also on the rise.

Yes, there is lots of new condo construction in Cebu, however most of the units near IT Park are quite small and do not have balconies. Just something to think about if it's important.

Yup many very small under 30sqm no kitchen basically studios.
