Greetings!
I am an Indian national living in The Netherlands (I came to study and have graduated). I plan to join my wife (Indian) who lives in Brussels and works as a scientific researcher. As a researcher, she does not need a work permit by the employer (in this case the university research institute) and thus has no specific work permit.
She has registered in the commune and holds a Residence Permit (type A). She has been working since Aug 2017 and has a determinant contract.
When I join her, how & what kind of documentation do I need to formally register and start living in BE?
