I am a french citizen and I am married to a colombian citizen. I will have a KITAS because I am going to work in Indonesia during two years. But my company is unwilling to sponsor my husband for a family KITAS
I would like to know if my husband can apply to the Visa 317 to join me in Indonesia when I get my KITAS.

No, only you can have kites, but husband can't, he can join you with temporary Visa 2 months and he should leave and come back.
