I was employed on this job last two months ago.  The sponsor decided to let me go for reasons that he heard that Im planning to end my three month probation. He is asking me to pay for the visa in 2 to 3 days or else he will file runawat case for me. Is thia legal? Whats the best thing to do? Please advise me

Resign via registered mail and retain the slip.  Go to LMRA and inform them about your resignation and what the sponsor is saying.  They will probably ask you to register an intent to transfer.    Once that is done, he cannot do anything.   Additionally, go to the labor court and file a case against the sponsor as by law, you don't have to pay for the visa or any similar costs.
