Rightnow I am in Oman on family visa (ministry visa)
I got a job here in Muscat now , does anyone knows for converting family visa to job visa Noc is required or not , if I cancel my family visa and come back on job visa will I get banned?

Hi Kiran v Dhar,
This question is best answered by the company PRO where the person intends to join.
As per the rule, the NOC would be needed. But since there have been many instances of exceptions to this rule, let the company PRO find out and inform as advised.
