I am planning on retiring to Thailand and meet the age requirement, but my wife does not.I have heard of dependent visa for her how does that work?

As far as I'm aware, the dependent visa in Thailand is only applicable to those 21 and under. She may want to look into taking Thai courses and getting the education visa.
