Bahrain Multiple Entry Visa- Exit Re-entry Question

Hi,
I have a multiple entry visit visa for bahrain which is valid for three months. My base country is Pakistan, I want to exit and then re-enter bahrain. My question is do I have to go back to my base country or I can go to dubai for one day visit and then return to bahrain?

Also, i can extend my current stay for 2 weeks, but the form available on visa website asks for guarantor CPR, can some one please explain this?

You just need to exit - destination on exit is immaterial.

Guarantor CPR is for sponsored visas. If you have a sponsored visa, then this needs to be filled out by the organization that sponsored you. If un-sponsored, no need to fill it unless immigration deem you as a risk and ask for it to be filled by a friend or relative.
