Annual Allowance for days out of country

We have had a permanent residency visa for 7 years.

Under the recent changes, how many days each year are we allowed to be out of Ecuador?

I have heard that the new regulations state that one can stay out of the country 180 days each calendar year. Is this correct?

If not, can anyone enlighten me on the current regs.

Thanks,

Lou

Hi,

I have a question, too.

I think there is a residental visa that allows the principle person to live in Ecuador but cannot be out of the country more than 90 days a  year.  The dependent person on this type of visa can be out of the country for more days.

It there a temporary residency visa that we can apply for like what I wrote about above?

I  hope we have a person who knows much about visa on the forum!  I know it is good ot consult an Immigraton attorney but I was hope someone here would have some information.

Thank you everyone!  Happy Easter!
