Hi all,
Here is my case, my EP application got rejected due to expired post in jobsbank, my employer told me that they will repost the job again in jobsbank and apply SPass for me for the next day of posting new job post.
My question is that any criteria for SPass like EP (job post must be posted for 14 days and no eligible candidate in Singapore)?

Yes, your work pass can only be applied for after the job was posted on the jobs bank for 14 days with no suitable candidates applying.

Oh, sorry, you are right: The Fair Consideration Framework (which is the law that requires job bank posting) currently applies only to EP and not S-Pass applications.
