Saudi Labour Laws

I resigned from my job and asking release as I gave transfer sponsorship to my current company on 2013.
Now they are refusing me to release as my iqama is valid uptill 8 months or they are asking 8 gross salaries due to this iqama period.
As per them they are saying that this is labour law that who will break the contract will pay remaining months salaries.

Kindly advise how I will get release as I submitted my resignation on 19 March 2019 and I need to join another company from May 1st, 2019.
