Am quite unhappy, because we are talking about March.
In the UK, it would be done in just a minute.
SEPA in the EU is pretty darn quickly, too.
Can someone shed some light on what is going on here in Vietnam? Seems the banking procedures are pre-historic. Just simple deposits and withdrawals requiring passport #, phone #, signatures (teller's okay - but why a "supervisor's" it it's less than say 20 million?
OTOH, this might be a desired process to put people to work? [b]Jobsworth[b]?

Depends if it was done by 'quick transfer' or not, if it wasn't the bank holiday will skew the processing time
