Actually I reached oman on 2nd october 2017 on employment visa and then I left the oman after five days on 7th october 2017 without informing the employer due to some reasons. The resident card was issued to me and the probationary period was three months. After reaching India I informed the employer through email and sent the resignation, the employer asked for the resident card to cancel the visa. I sent the resident card through courier. Please advise me can I go to oman now on employment?

Yes, you can - if you have your last employer's NOC.
No, you cannot (for 2 years) - if you do not have your last employer's NOC.
