This comment is interesting because most people think only of schools and not what tuition centres can offer. Highly motivated kids will learn wherever you put them. They offer a more direct approach and potential bullying is drastically reduced

You've got quite a few choices under 30k. IGCSE is the name for the two-year British qualification international students sit between Years 10&11 (ages 14-16) so I assume you mean the Primary British/National curriculum.
