I work 7 months now here in saudi i want to resign and go home , i just ask if i need to pay the comapany for my resignation , im not happy in my workplace and beside that the salary were always delayed , someone help me ,? Thank you in advance .

It's your right to resign if you are not happy. Check the work contract which mentions the conditions for resignation. Try to go through the conditions and then decide if you want to resign now or when you contract is close to expiry then just refuse to renew and resign.
