I need to have a fusion operation on my ankle. I do not have health insurance. I am looking for recommendations in Saigon, apart from FV. Thank you.

I had two patients who both had ankle fusions through moto cross accidents.
They both live with severe pain from the knees, hips and lower back as you obviously cannot walk properly, they are now looking at replacement ankle/foot surgery.
I would suggest that you look at the main hospital in Bangkok, they look proficient in many types of surgery. Having your procedure in VN would concern me.
Spend time researching the subject and if you can find an Orthapaedic surgeon who appears competent, see if they could do a pin and plate job.
Maybe on a visit back to UK you could look at other options.
