We are moving to Belgium with 6 years old daughter. Can you suggest if we can get admission in state schools even if she doesnot speak french. Do we have less expensive English speaking school as option?

Yes you can enter a public school aged 6 without the knowledge of the language of the school. Schooling is obligatory from age 6 - 18 in Belgium. This is why you can go to school.
English schools for 6 year olds cost between 8k and 35.5k.
