How to approach people and make new friends

Hello,

Has anybody a tip for me on how to approach the people here in Delhi. I have experienced that the people on the road don't want to talk to strangers and are a very closed....so it's hard to get to know people.

What do or did u do in order to get to know the people?

No Its Not Really Hard To Approach Indian People .. They Allready Want to talk With You but Indian are Really Shy So they WIll not force you first But if you really want to talk them Give Them A Sweet Smile And Start your Good Time With Them
Try It Once with A smile and for sure it will work

Oh I already do this every day. But guess what. The Indian women on the street have ways a scornful face and check my appearance out. Like "dont talk to me or u will regret it" haha. They look very unfriendly at me always. And if I talk to them, they just turn and go away 😑😑😑
