Multi-name letter of approval - do I need all pages?

Sorry but this is my first time and I'm not sure what to do.

I applied for my visa letter and I've just received a  5-page letter of approval with my name on page 3 in among a lot of other names. Do I need to print out all the 5 pages, or is it only necessary to show page 3 with my name on it?

ALSO - the photos - I know 6 x 4 cms, but any rules about background, smile or not etc.

Many thanks!

.
1.  Plan ahead: research passport photos

2.  Go directly to the VOA counter.   First in; first served
.. line up in immigration queue AFTER you get permit...

3.  Print & submit all pages: underline or highlight your name
(staff appreciate not having to search!)

4. Check & recheck your application: ZERO tolerance for errors

5.  Wait as separately as possible: watch the screen; listen for your name

6.  Go quickly to the counter WITH all your luggage: have correct cash
in USD or Viet Dong.   Any change will be in Dong

7.  Err on the side of safety: you will survive...    :idontagree:

That's why I paid the VOA agent about $30 extra for VIP service and a separate VOA letter with only my name listed.

They did it all for me.

And I totally skipped the line

So easy.

Yes, I'm lazy...

Download this form and fill it in, it will save you time when you arrive.

I just took a picture of myself on my phone and used the photo inkjet printer at my work and printed out a bunch of 2x2 images to use. I used the same picture for both my visits and also on my 5 year visa.
If they offer a fast track service, I would recommend using it if you're not sure or just want to be processed faster. The fast track I used, the guy waited for me when I exited the terminal and took my passport along with the stamp fee (scary feeling first time I did it with some stranger taking my passport) but they will get you through the stamping process faster. Exchange a little bit of money for taxi and for a sim card while you're in the airport if your phone is unlocked.

Biggest tip if you haven't already done it is if you have a black suitcase, and there are hundreds of black suitcases on the same plane, tie something onto the suitcase to differentiate your suitcase from the others.

yes, but do I need to print out all the pages?

Yes. Not sure why the resistance to printing 4 extra pages to avoid any issues.
