what are the some good FMCG products are importing from mauritius?

Hi Everyone
I'm Geewinmatches residing in India
Currently i don't know about If matchboxes are FMCG Products?????
Also can any one say about what are FMCG Products are mostly expansible in Mauritius

Hello Geewinmatches,

Matchboxes does not form part of FMCG products though it's a good seller.

By the way, for Matchboxes, it is considered Dangerous Cargo (IMO).

You need to apply Import Permit to be able to Import Matchboxes in Mauritius. Application for Import Permit at DCCB (Dangerous Chemicals Control Board - www.health.govmu.org) and MSB (The Mauritius Standard Bureau - www.msb.intnet.mu).

Now for FMCG products, most items from UNILEVER has a market share in Mauritius. True, there are thousands of items. Better you stick to Foodstuff and Home Detergents.
