Just an alert for all trying to immigrate using an immigration specialist. We have been dealing with a company for just over a year and have now found out they are not legit. They dont answer calls or reply to emails. I did research this company originally and it all looked above board. If you can use a company that someone you know has used and been successful with. A lot of money spent and now nothing. Good luck to all trying to move.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You can check if s migration agent is registered - and make a complaint about an agent, especially if they're not registered because they need to be - at this Australian government website for Immigration and migration agents.
