As long as you have a passport with the visa endorsed and if the visa is multiple and not expired, you can travel anytime.

Basically if you have work visa or dependent you can definitely travel at any time. Make sure that you properly inform your employer for leave etc and abide by your company rules. But other than that, you can travel.
