Can someone help me on my concern, coz i have a friend he's living in Dubai and he wants to visit Bahrain just for a week. We tried to apply him E-visa but it says cannot be completed online. Can he just get a visa upon arrival then?

If he has a UAE residency with non labor profession and non dependent, yes he can.

yes he have UAE residency, he's working as graphic designer.
So there will be no problem at all as long as we have his return ticket and a place to stay for a week. right?

Theoretically there shouldn't be. Unless his nationality is something that they have a security alert for.
