I will be moving to Vitoria-Gasteiz in August 2019. I will need to locate and work with a Gestor since I will be working as an autonomo. Would anyone be able to recommend someone to me, please? Many thanks.

Do not expect professionals in Spain generally to be as competent as you would expect them to be elsewhere.
