Im an Indian citizen from Trichy,TamilNadu whom married to my spouse (Malaysian) wife . Our marriage held in Malaysia and obtain Marriage certificate from here as well. Can any one guide me how to apply for indian marriage certificate and what are the procedures? Thank you

It states that Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to endorse a Malaysian marriage certificate as first step.

HC or BLS are the people to ask. Usually only one Marriage Certificate is possible. You would use endorsed Malaysian MC to register your marriage in India.
