How an employer can terminate employee in KSA

Hi everyone :)

I came on an 60 days emergency vacation after completing one year. But i couldn't return on time due to illness and i submit my medical report to HR. But my exit entry is expired. After i report to the HR, HR is making documents to extend my exit entry in order to return back to KSA.

But i'm afraid if the company terminate me after i fly back to KSA, saying that i failed to return on time from vacation. Please help me under what circumstances employer can terminate an employee??
