We got e visa for dubi, we want to go to dubai from khobar by road,
Could u please share the location for al ghufaiwat border through we have entry?

If you map our Khobar to Dubai on google maps, the E11 route takes you to the border, into Abu Dhabi and to Dubai

Of course. Exit re-entry as well as a UAE visa - you don't get it on arrival as a GCC resident but must apply for it online in advance.

Rent a car company must give you authority to take the car out of Saudi.
