Looking for business partners

I'm Takeshi, Japanese have been living in Bulgaria since 2014 and produce rose products with a local farmer
But from this year, I'm going to back to the music business again
Actually, I used to be a record dealer in London back in 80s

Anyway, I've found Bulgaria is too complicated to get permission to release public domain music on CDs
On the other hand, Cyprus seems much easier and have different law
I've already talked to PRS for Music Cyprus Agency office in Nicosia
And they told me if I have a company in Cyprus, I can pay mechanical royalty fee to PRS
I have clients in Japan and have CD factory in France

I'm thinking to visit Cyprus from 17th March for a few weeks
