I wish you help me with information or advise about me traveling to singapore on tourist visa with the intention of picking up a job. Is it any thing feasible or a good way to go by? Thanks.

You shouldn't tell officers that you are here to find a job. Other than this, should not be worried.
Beware never ever try to work here while on social visit pass. Good luck

Also, it is very unlikely that you complete the whole job application, selection and visa application process in the time a tourist visa is valid (15-89 days)., Thus you will have to return home and wait for the outcome there.
