how do i unsubscribe from post? seem every post that is made i am getting a notification and i havent subscribed to any topics.
Need a little bit of help here.

When you reply to a topic there is a little checkbox in the lower left that defaults to 'Subscribe to this topic'. Just uncheck that box before you reply.
For those pesky threads for which you are already subscribed, there is a box underneath the Quick Reply window that allows you to Unsubscribe from the thread.
