Hi there
My son's Venezuelan spouse has come to live with us but we can find no information of how to register with a Doctor! Also, we tried to open a bank account, but need ID in the form of a utility bill. Clearly, my son's partner does not have this, as it is my house they live in!
Does anyone have any advice as to how someone with a spouse visa, goes about becoming a real person?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
A council tax bill with her name on should be quite easy to get; you get an updated list when you register her with the council.
For the Doctor, just go to your local GP and register.
