Hello,
I have just received my visa, but the wrong travel document expiry date of my passport has been put on the Visa.
The passport name and number are all correct.
Will I need a new visa or is it ok to travel with this visa, or will I be refused entry.

You haven't told us which visa, but my advice is to contact whichever Embassy/Consulate issued the visa and ask there.
