If u are worried about safety,u shouldn't be.Port Harcourt is quite peaceful.Can't say its 100% safe,no...but u should come.Things are a bit expensive though,but u will adjust

Welcome aboard. I have had so many stuffs abt PH. And im as far it is a petrochemical coy dat invites U, dont be worried, U can adjust cos dat place is a bit expensive. And as for security, U are solely responsible, even in America. Ol da best
